The job role of Sales Executive is to work in the Wholesale division of Optica to market products to wholesale customers.  

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Employee’s duties, which may be varied from time to time, will include amongst other  responsibilities that arise during the day-to-day business of the Company the following: 

1. Sales of Optical products and optical eye testing equipment to Wholesale customers  2. Creating Sales Invoice and Delivery notes and ensuring timely delivery of orders to  customers.  

3. Building and maintaining quality relationships with key accounts.  

4. Keeping tab on competition and the products they are selling  

5. Preparation of the departmental reports Sales, Inventory  

6. Payment follow-ups and ensure accounts are up to date. 

7. Ensuring the company objectives are achieved by planning thoroughly, setting sales  goals and analyzing performance  

8. Building Database of prospective clients and meeting them to expand the customer  base and thus increase sales.  

9. Identifying areas of improvement in sales strategies and processes to establish  actionable insights. 

10.Representing the company in exhibitions and trade fairs 

11.Any other duties assigned.
